About Us

I have over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and have always been passionate about supporting children as they grow. I have worked in Hong Kong as a kindergarten teacher and principal, as well as a university education consultant and lecturer, with a focus on special education, nature-based learning, sensory integration, curriculum design, and school administration.
Since moving to British Columbia, I have continued working closely with children and families while deepening my understanding of both Canadian and Chinese cultures. This allows me to better support each child’s unique needs. As a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in BC, my practice is guided by the BC Early Learning Framework, and I truly believe that every child is capable, curious, and full of potential.
In my program, I create a warm, home-like environment where children feel safe, loved, and ready to explore. Through play and daily routines, I support children’s language development (English and Chinese), fine and gross motor skills, and independence. I mainly speak English and Cantonese, and I’m also happy to communicate in Mandarin and Spanish. I look forward to getting to know your family and growing together.

我從事幼兒教育已超過 20 年，一直都非常熱愛陪伴孩子成長。我曾在香港擔任幼稚園教師及校長，亦曾任大學教育顧問及講師，專注於特殊教育、大自然學習、感覺統合、課程設計以及學校行政管理。
來到卑詩省後，我一直在前線與孩子和家庭一起工作，同時持續了解加拿大與華人文化的差異，希望能更好地支持每一位孩子的不同需要。作為 BC 註冊幼兒教育工作者（ECE），我依循《BC Early Learning Framework》，並深信每個孩子都是有能力、充滿好奇心和潛能的。
在我的課程中，我致力營造一個溫暖、像家一樣的環境，讓孩子感到安心與被愛，勇於探索與學習。透過遊戲和日常生活，我支持孩子的語言發展（英語及中文）、大小肌肉發展及自理能力。我主要使用英語和廣東話，也可以用普通話和西班牙語溝通。

I am a registered social worker and play therapist from Hong Kong, with extensive experience supporting parents and children in early childhood. I specialize in parent education, play therapy, and children’s emotional health and psychological development. In Hong Kong, I frequently worked with preschool parents and supported children with special needs or those who experienced neglect.
Since moving to Vancouver, I have also worked as an Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA), caring for children of different ages and supporting their diverse developmental needs. I can communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
